So, what do you want to achieve in 2024? Remember, nothing changes if nothing changes. Profound, right? Let's not merely take each day as it comes; let's be intentional with forethought and planning. This is how you increase the odds of having an incredible year.

Now, here's a three-step formula to guide you on your journey. This is the big picture—there's much more we could delve into during a discovery seminar, but let's outline the essentials for now.

Step 1: Get Clear on Your Vision

Terryi Savelle often says, "If you see nothing, expect nothing." What's the dream in your heart? Define your desired destination—where do you want to go in life? Determine what brings you passion and joy. Be bold. God honors audacious dreams, so silence the fears and whispers that hold you back. If you're unsure where to start, consider a strategy call to get unstuck.

To dream, you must silence fear, stop making excuses, and shame your shame. Who are you not to be great, grand, amazing, and beautiful? God created you for boldness, not to shrink away. This is your year to slay fear, silence shame, and stop making excuses. Get your vision clear and concise.

Step 2: Create a Plan

Articulate your goals and dreams on a vision board—make it your true north. Formulate a plan; it doesn't have to be complex. Identify where you want to go versus where you currently are. Recognize the gap, set three to five big goals, and break them into small, achievable steps.

For example, if writing a book is your goal, start with a sentence, then a paragraph, and build from there. Equip yourself for success—list the resources, skills, tools, and support you need. Celebrate small victories and reward yourself. Remember, you don't need to see the entire staircase, just the next step.

Step 3: Take Action

Now that you have a plan, it's time to work on it. Believe in your plan, start small, and keep daily targets easy to accomplish. Introduce new steps gradually and use practical, proven methods to reach your goals. Don't be disheartened by occasional slip-ups; jump back on the horse and stay committed.
